World Power Couple, Jay-Z and Beyoncé have just broken real estate record by buying the most expensive house in California’s history for $200m.
The A list stars finalized the deal to purchase the 30,000 sq-ft waterfront mansion on Friday.
The house, all concrete, is located in an area overlooking the Pacific ocean known as Billionaires’ Row.
By purchasing the house, the couple have now set a new record for the most expensive home ever sold in the state, after beating the previous record of $177m set by their neighbor in 2021.
The investment reportedly is also the second most expensive real estate contract in the country, as a New York City apartment had been previously sold for $238 million.
According to TMZ, the all luxurious house which was designed by Japanese architect, Tadao Andi, was originally listed for $295m.
