The Cameroon Football Federation will receive $6,500,000 from Fifa following the signing of the performance contract for the FIFA FOWARD 3.0 project.
This is approximately 3.7 billion in FCFA.
The announcement was made by the President FECAFOOT, Samuel Eto’o, during a press briefing he gave this Tuesday, July 18, 2023.
Eto’o went on to specify that half of this sum would be allocated to the construction of sports infrastructure and the other half to the operation of the Federation.
The total sum will be given over the period 2023 – 2026.
