Fai Collins Quits Standard Liege For Saudi Arabian Club Al-Tai FC.

Cameroonian defender Fai Collins Ngoran has officially joined Saudi Arabian club Al – Tai FC from Belgian club Standard Liege.

Al-Tai FC announced on Saturday that they have reached a successful deal worth over €300,000 with the management of Fai Collins who is currently with the Indomitable Lions defending the National Colors of his country at the TotalEnergies AFCON 2021.

His former club confirmed the transfer with a thank you tweet. His new club also posted a congratulatory message to Fai Collins and his National team for qualifying for the semifinals of the AF CON.

Fai Collins is leaving Standard Liege after a fantastic 6-year run at the club. He made 162 appearances for the club, scoring 4 goals and providing 22 assists. He also won the Belgian Cup with the club in 2016 and 2018.

He has also been very prolific playing for Cameroon at the AFCON 2021. He has played in all 5 matches, providing 3 assists. He will be hoping to win his second AFCON title with the team this year after doing that in 2017.

His new club AL-Tai FC is currently ranked 11 of the 16 teams taking part in the Saudi professional league. Well, let’s see how far he goes with this new side.
