Carine left Cameroon a few years ago in search of greener pastures. All along, she lived in Brazil but decided recently to move over to the US where she thought she could get a better life.
However, she decided to make her journey on foot. She walked through the dangerous forest with her son for days until they arrived in Peru and then continued their journey to the US by moving over to Panama where they climbed the mountains and spent three days in the forest.
After spending days in the forest, Carine and her son attempted to cross a river but unfortunately, she was carried away by the waters and was discovered dead beside the river moments later.
Fortunately, her son survived and is now at the Immigration authorities with an Ivorian man pictured below:
Anyone who can identify the deceased is encouraged to notify her family of the sad event, so her son can be recovered. Cameroonian Lady Dies In Panama While Attempting To Cross To The US On Foot.
